Shipping policy
Genfury currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship all orders using trusted and reliable U.S. shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $8.99 flat rate for orders under $199.99.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $200 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Processing
Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Genfury is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Liability
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Genfury is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Genfury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any delivery discrepancies.
