Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at sales@genfury.com. Please do not send your purchase back until your return request has been authorized by our team.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with specific instructions. You can then mail your package to our official return hub:

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Genfury currently serves and accepts returns from customers within the United States only.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@genfury.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Upon review, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods and personal care products (including opened fragrances);
- Customized or personalized items;
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- Final sale/clearance items and gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement style or size.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a Genfury error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
