Where does Genfury ship?
We currently provide fast domestic shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest service quality for our U.S. customers.
How long does USA shipping take?
Standard shipping for our fashion and accessories typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local carrier schedules.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.99 for orders under $199.99. Genfury offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or during holidays will be handled the following business day.
Can I cancel my Genfury order?
You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at sales@genfury.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet entered the processing phase, we may be able to update your address. Contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
What is your return policy for clothing and perfumes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@genfury.com.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund after review.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer direct exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a new size or style is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
